While some insurers will reimburse our service costs, Preventive Thermography Center is a fee-for-service provider, accepting credit card and cash payment. If your insurance plan includes preventive care benefits or out-of-network coverage, you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement after your appointment.

Health-sharing programs, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) may also reimburse eligible thermography expenses, and in some cases, may cover up to 100% of the cost.

To help make the reimbursement process easier, we provide a detailed Superbill after your appointment. This document includes the information your insurance provider may need to process your claim and determine available reimbursement benefits.
